International Orders are currently being accepted at this time for NVG50, NVG30, NVG10, NVG40, NVG40 Pro and Black/ Sand / GreenGNG Bump Helmets. 

1) Prior to placing an oder, please complete the Contact Form below and let us know which items you are interested in purchasing. 

2) Complete the GNG End Use Questionnaire. We will run your info through the CSL database on trade.gov to verify you are eligible to purchase. This free process usually takes 1 business day.

3) After confirming purchase eligibility, then you can order through the website or we can send you an invoice for the items and shipping fees. Free shipping is not available for international orders. We will choose the carrier based on our discretion. 

4) Once the invoice is paid, we will send you tracking information usually within 7 business days. International orders are shipped from Sichuan, China. 

5) Import/ VAT/ Duty taxes are not collected by Good Nite Gear and may be required by your country as an additional fee. We must declared the correct purchase price of the item. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded to the customer. 

6) Please verify your country's laws and regulations regarding the import, ownership, and use of night vision equipment before placing your order. Import restrictions, licensing requirements, and usage laws vary significantly by country and region. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national laws. Good Nite Gear is not responsible for orders seized by customs, denied entry, or confiscated due to local regulations. We cannot provide refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to legal restrictions in your country. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you have confirmed the legality of your purchase and accept full responsibility for compliance with your local laws.
