Shipping and Returns
We ship items with either USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Select Ground and normally ship the same day you place your order unless it is after 3pm. Once your order is packaged up and ready to ship you will receive your USPS tracking number by email. Once you receive your tracking number you should expect your order to ship within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Insurance up to $200 is included in all orders. No matter what happens to your shipments while in transit or upon delivery, know that you’re covered for package damage, loss, and theft.
Ship your item back to us within 60 days from purchase date and we will refund your money. No restocking fee will be charged on unopened/ undamaged items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. 20% fee will be charged on opened and undamaged returned items. Items that are completely functional/ operational but have cosmetic damage caused by the customer will be inspected and a refund will be issued based on condition of the item, typically between 20-50% of the purchase price. Returns after 60 days will not be accepted.
To initiate a return please email email@example.com with your order number, product name and reason for return and we will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.
We reserve the right to open any item in an order before shipping for testing and/or other purposes. Due to strict international shipping regulations for lithium-ion batteries, manufacturers often ship us batteries inside of a light that we have to remove upon receiving. If your order was opened know you are still receiving a brand new product not a customer return or used item.
