Seems like a good add on.

This external battery pack seems well made. Have had it in hard use yet. Just playing around in my field and house. Not a fan of the screw closure. I feel it may wear/strip out, if frequently opened and closed. Other then my untested thoughts this is great. It’s light weight, pretty small, with strong hook and look attachment. Solid add in!!

Better than I thought, left wrong review on the battery pack….my bad

NVG50 is a solid option
Only issue was that I bought the wrong dual mount. The one for the NVG30 does not fit properly on the two NVG50s. It was my error. I bought the proper mount (not as cool looking) but it is very good for the NVG50. I am now waiting on two NVG30s to use the other mount. No other issues. I have a PVS14 and the NVG50 is a legit 90% solution and in some ways is better (not concerned with light damage).
